Store
The storage temperature is 5~35°C, and it should be kept cool and dry. It should be stored in a warm room in winter in the north. Winter transportation needs to be protected from freezing.
The storage bin should have waterproof and moisture-proof functions
For products that have been stored for a long time, they should be sampled every 1 month and checked
Dry attention
The best drying and film-forming temperature of water-based wood lacquer is between 25~30°C and humidity between 35~70%. Avoid getting wet before the paint film dries
When the temperature is lower than 20°C, the actual drying will extend as the temperature drops; when the temperature is as low as 0~8°C, some products will not dry or form a film
When the humidity is higher than 75%, the coating film will also appear dry, whitening, cracking.
In view of the above requirements, when waterborne wood lacquer is used for mass production in the factory, the temperature and humidity must be strictly controlled to avoid paint diseases due to low temperature and high humidity, such as back sticking, whitening,
Loss of light, cracking, scattered oil, etc.
Avoid tool contamination
The tools used for the preparation and application of water-based paints should be stainless steel products, so as to prevent rust from affecting the paint quality. Spray gun should be cleaned once a week
Pollution of the spray gun, contamination of the pressure pump and air pump sewage will cause poor coating surface effects, such as uneven color, scattered oil, etc.
It is strictly forbidden to use oil-based spray guns for the construction of water-based paint, which can easily lead to undesirable consequences such as oil scattering, coarsening and even delamination.
Supporting the use of
It is strictly forbidden to mix with other organic solvents or chemicals, and it is recommended to use Landiway water-based wood paint to obtain the best coating effect
Due to the different materials and formulations of each paint company, unsuitable products will suffer from cracks, biting, slow drying, thickening, loose oil or mixed gelation of the paint during the coating process.
Therefore, you need to test the compatibility and stability of the product first when using the supporting products
