The department urgently needs a group of high-level and high-level talents with independent project development capabilities to lead the team to complete the project breakthrough;

1. Ability to independently carry out synthesis experiments, including small-scale experiments, process optimization, pilot scale-up and product trial production;

2. Docking the project with the partner company to enlarge the existing products;

2. Optimize the process of the mature project of the small trial of the institute, follow up the pilot test of the project, trial production, assist production, solve the problems encountered in production, and ensure the smooth production of the process.

3. Assist the project leader in research and development of related projects

2. Complete the inspection and analysis work arranged by the person in charge of the project, and report the progress and experiment of the project truthfully;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, applied chemistry and other related majors,

2. Able to master related operations of organic synthesis, can read literature independently, and work experience is preferred

3. Strong teamwork ability, high sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, good professional ethics

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formula design of UV/LED roller coating products;

2. Responsible for the on-site application of UV/LED roller coating products and abnormal treatment and process improvement during application;

3. Responsible for the writing of UVLED roller coating product specifications;

4. Deal with other issues directly explained by superiors;

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in chemistry related major;

2. More than 3 years of R&D experience in wood lacquer;

3. Familiar with the composition and proportion of paint and coating, production process and operation process;

4. Proficiency in the detection of UV coatings and the use of production tools.
